•Strainer
•Measuring Cups or Jiggers
•Knife
•Ladle
•Tasting Spoon
•Citrus Juicer or fork
•Hawthorne Strainer
•Shaker Tin
•Cutting Board

2oz Lillet Rouge
.5oz Jamaica (Hibiscus) Cordial
1oz Lemon JuiceTop w/ Fever-Tree Indian Tonic
Ice
Method:
- Shake
- Strain into chilled Flute
Garnish: Dehydrated Lemon

Jamaica Tea Cordial Recipe
Ingredients:
20g Dried Jamaica (Hibiscus) Flower
16oz Filtered Water
2oz Sugar
Method:
- Bring 16oz of water to boil (Pro Tip: Keep lid on to speed process)
- Once at a rolling boil, add 20g or 1/2 cup of loose leaf Jamaica dried flower
- Turn off heat
- Let steep for 20min
- Strain into glass
- Separate 2oz of Jamaica Tea into your measuring cup
- Add 2oz (by volume) of sugar to cup
- Stir to dissolve
- Keep refrigerated
- Label/date/refrigerate for up to 2 weeks
